Meet Our Staff
Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion is to do life together with all that we come in contact with!
Pastor Mike, Lead Pastor
It is Pastor Mike and Donnalene’s desire to point people to Jesus Christ where in we find healing and wholeness. Healthy people will make up health families, which in turn make for a healthy church.
The development of healthy relationships is at the heart of WELLSPRING Family Life Church. Their love for Christ and for the people is the driving force behind WFLC.
They have 6 awesome children: Amanda, Ryon, Jenna, Mathew (waiting for us in Heaven), Sam, and Jalyn! Life wouldn’t be the same without them.
Both Pastor Mike and Donnalene are Valley Forge Christian College Alumni They would love to meet you and your family and DO LIFE TOGETHER!
Pastor Deron, Youth Pastor
Pastor Deron Glickert, and his wife Kristen, have come to WFLC to help grow our Youth ministry . Deron and Kristen both attended Messiah College and fell in love as undergraduate students. Both Deron and Kristen graduated with business degrees and have worked in the financial sector for over a decade.
Deron is a licensed financial adviser and has helped many families establish healthy views on money and stewardship. Kristen, a licensed CPA, has counseled families and businesses on budgets as well as taxes. Their backgrounds are accompanied with many years of volunteering as leaders in youth ministry, childrens’ church, young married small group development, and many other leadership teams at church.
A guiding passion for supporting youth and their families is at the heart of Pastor Deron and Kristen. Through the years of work and ministry, three wonderful children were added to the mix: Zack, Kyra, and Brynn. Each of the children are daily reminders about the true treasures in life and how priorities lie. Let us do life together: Your family and mine.
